1. How much does it cost to buy a lot?

The Restlawn 1st addition cost $250 for each lot and the Restlawn second addition $350 for each lot. Both require an additional Register of Deeds recording fee (currently $18.00).

2. How long can you hold a space?

The Clerk’s office will hold a space for seven days from date of request.

3. I own a lot in Restlawn, but I don’t want it anymore. Can the County sell it for me?

Seward County will not participate in trading lots with or selling lots for individuals.

4. What is the difference between Restlawn 1st Addition and Restlawn 2nd Addition?

Restlawn 1st addition spaces are $250. Space size is 50"wide x 10' long. Only flush-ground type memorials are allowed in this addition.
Saviour, Veterans, Devotion, Masonic, Last Supper, and Apostles

Restlawn 2nd addition spaces are $350. Space size is 5' wide x 12' long. Upright monuments are allowed in this addition with specific guidelines.
