NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 17, 2010 the Seward County/City of Kismet Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Seward County Courthouse, 415 N. Washington, Courtroom A, Liberal, Kansas, at 5:45 P.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the following conditional use application filed by Reiss Farmland, L.P.:
CU2010-03 Proposed conditional use to allow a commercial grain warehouse (grain elevator) in the W/2 of the NW/4 Section 17, Township 32S, Range 31W in Seward County.
A map of the property is available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator during normal business hours.
As provided in the Seward County Zoning Regulations, the above applications will be discussed and considered by the Seward County/City of Kismet Planning Commission, and all persons interested in said matters will be heard at this time concerning their views and wishes; and all matters concerning the request and presented at the hearing will be considered by the Commission. At this time, the Planning Commission may recommend to the Board of County Commissions: approval of the request, denial of the request or they may continue this matter to a later date without additional notice.
