We use the application as a way of standardizing the information we obtain from job-seekers. Your goal should be to complete the application as completely and honestly as you can. Remember we will use your application as a basis for deciding whether to call you for an interview. This can be a first impression.

Be Prepared With the Information You Need
Have available all the names and addresses of the high school, college, university, technical, or trade schools you have attended.
List, in order from the most recent, all employment and military experience, and relevant volunteer or other experience for at least the past ten years. if relevant, list also, all related employment or military experience beyond ten years ago. Be sure to have the addresses and phone numbers of previous employers, as well as your supervisor's name, salary, and a brief description of the duties you performed.
Other Specialized or Technical Training
If not provided previously in your application, list any other relevant training, education, experience or volunteer work. This is an area to further showcase why you are more qualified than other applicants for the position.
Licenses and Certifications This is an opportunity for you to list any applicable licenses or certifications you hold. Additionally, many of our positions require a driver's license, list your driver's license number, state issued, expiration date and any endorsements.
Other Skills, Abilities, or Qualifications
If the information does not fit in another part of the application, here is where you can list any equipment, software, skills, etc. to further make your application stand out.
If you have a resume and cover letter, this is the best place to ensure all your information stays a part of your application. You will need an electronic version that you can copy and paste into the form. If mailing or faxing make sure it is attached to the application.
