NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 9, 2012, the Seward County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Seward County Administration Building, 515 N. Washington, Suite 200 , Liberal, Kansas, at 5:45 P.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the following application:
CASE NO. SE2012-1
An application filed by Abelardo Arenivas for a Special Exception to allow an accessory structure (garage) to be built without having a residential structure on a parcel in a residential subdivision zoned “RR” Rural Residential. The parcel is described as Lot 3 Block 3 Wheat Wood Estates and is located in Section Twenty-four (24), Township Thirty-four (34) South, Range Thirty-three (33) West. A full legal description of the property is available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator during normal business hours.
As provided in the Seward County Zoning Regulations, the above application will be discussed and considered by the Seward County Board of Zoning Appeals and all persons interested in said matter will be heard at this time concerning their views and wishes; and all matters concerning the request and presented at the hearing will be considered by the Board. At this time, the Board may: approve the request, approve with conditions, deny the request or they may continue this matter to a later date without additional notice.
